Personal Touch Specialties & Gifts began operations in Syracuse, Indiana in 1989. As sole proprietor, Richard C. Reilly developed the company and gained a good amount of market share and name recognition in the Kosciusko County area.

In 1996, Personal Touch Specialties & Gifts, Inc. opened its doors for business in Decatur, Indiana in March 1996 and was incorporated. The business maintained its ASI licensing number and began to obtain market share in Allen, Adams, Wells and Jay County. As a full line ASI distributor, Personal Touch Specialties & Gifts, Inc. is able to offer its clients solutions to their promotional needs with over 850,000 products to offer. Products inclusive of, but not limited to: wearables, writing instruments, customized safety, attendance, incentive programs, business stationary, drinkware, medical products, electronics….

Founder/Secretary of the Oak Forest Jaycees

Rich was one of five men to form and establish a municipal government & park district for Oak Forest, Illinois. In addition he was selected as one of the first five men to be elected to this park district board for over six terms. He was then selected by board of directors to be park director and complete $525,000.00 park district building. As director, he facilitated a federal grant to buy land on a 50/50 purchase. Additionally, he was able to acquire over 100 acres of land for use by local schools for programs for youth where programs such as pony league and traveling league were developed and maintained. Finally Rich oversaw the fundraising and ball field maintenance.
